1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and payment portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Nature of Our Services

Admission Intake: 

• Doesnot provide immigration, education, or advisory services

• Does not offer services independently to clients

• Operates as a payment process or for: 

• SayHomeCanada Immigration Consulting Inc.

• Government authorities 

• Authorized educational institutions

• Does not issue invoices, quotes, or contracts 

All payments made are on behalf of your agreement with SayHomeCanada or a third-party beneficiary. 

3. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must: 

• Be at least 18 years old 

• Have the legal right to use the payment method

• Not engage in fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

4. Payments

By making a payment, you agree: 

• You are paying on behalf of a legitimate service relationship with SayHomeCanada 

• You are authorized to use the payment method

• You acknowledge that Admission Intake is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by SayHomeCanada or any third party

5. Refund and Cancellation

• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where: 

• A refund has been authorized by SayHomeCanada Immigration Consulting Inc.

• A transaction was made in error and is reported immediately

All refund requests must be made in writing to info@admissionintake.com and will be forwarded to the appropriate party.

6. No Guarantee of Service Outcome

Admission Intake is not responsible for:

• Immigration application outcomes

• University or college admissions 

• Delays or denials from government bodies

We simply transfer your payment to the appropriate destination.

7. Taxes

As a HST-exempt entity, Admission Intake does not charge or remit Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) since we are not selling a good or service.

8. Website Content and Use

• All content is provided “as-is” 

• You may not use our site to upload, distribute, or transmit harmful or illegal material

• Unauthorized use of any material may give rise to a claim for damages

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Admission Intake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not liable for failed or delayed remittances due to force majeure, banking errors, or incorrect client information

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Admission Intake harmless against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of our platform 

• False or inaccurate information 

• Chargebacks due to user negligence

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
